This series of falls (chutes) is about 3/4 a mile off the road. There are between 300 and 350 fairly steep stairs if you go all the way to the bottom but the views of the various falls are beautiful. Good walking shoes are a must. Be prepared to make the occasional stop to catch your breath. Written October 1, 2017.

The tallest of the three (yes, three!) successive falls is a full 41 metres (134 ft.) high. To get to the base of the falls, you'll need to go down (and climb back) a staircase that has more than 350 steps.

Jean Larose Falls is a spectacular wild waterfall. The Jean Larose River plummets 60 meters in three steps into the canyon of the Saint Anne River.
